Dear reader,

this page wants to give visitors estimations on the current situation in other countries
and a collection of different points of view. Visitors are invited to submit a report
for the country where they live about events and occurences from elections to
earthquakes. Visitors who like to say something about reports from other countries
can write in the commentary-part of this page.

E-mail reports to Global Watch should carry the default subject lines 'Global Watch report'
or 'Global Watch commentary' when they are intended to be read by everyone.

Reports should be written in English. A country can have more than one report.
You can write one of the following abbreviations at the end to resume your report:

Situation index

s1     means local situation is stable.
s2     means situation leads to a positive development.
        s3     means local crisis.
s4     means situation cannot be evaluated at current stage.

Tension index

        t1     means normal local tensions.
        t2     means increased local tensions.
        t3     means high local tensions.
        t4     means no assessment.

According to your local estimation we will attach an icon
to your report to give readers a quick survey.
