Parliament

Functions:
Comments on the bills of the EU Commission.
Rights of participation in the process of law-making in the fields of Health, Education, Culture, Research, Interior market.
Approval of fundamental agreements.
Approval of the EU budget.
Approval of the nominated EU Commissioners.
Court of Justice
One judge of each member state.
 
Functions:
Interpretation and application of EU law.
Court of final appeal for suits of states, institutions and individual persons.

Court of Auditors
One person of each member state.
 
Functions:
Control of the proper use of EU financial resources in accordance with the budget, rules and regulations.
