Groklaw is an award-winning website covering legal news of interest to the free and open source software community. It has covered issues such as: the SCO-Linux lawsuits; the EU anti-trust case against Microsoft; and the standardization of Office Open XML. Groklaw is all about the intersection of law and policy with open-source technology.  While the commentary you find here will be more from the legal than technology perspective, it is a valuable resource to define esoteric legal concepts and path the evolution of case law impacting the Open Source landscape.
