Blow Horn

We are attempting to determine the value of an artifact. Amon G. Carter,
whose papers we hold, numerous times gave blow horns to his guests. These
were steer horns, polished up and made to blow as a hunting horn and labeled
"Honorary Membership, Longhorn Society of Fort Worth, Texas, Presented by
Amon G. Carter To . . . . As many prominent people of the 1930s, 1940s, and
1950s were among his guests and possible recipients of this item, I am
hopeful that such a horn might be present in some collection out there. If
so, would you please contact me. Thanks.
