box labeling

Hello folks---

If I am processing a collection, or I think I may need
to reuse/rearrange boxes, I don't use stick-on labels.
Instead, I take a page of legal-sized acid-free paper,
and fold it in half lengthwise. I write whatever I
want on one end of the page, line up the bottom edge
of the paper with the bottom edge of the box, and fold
the top of the paper over the top lip of the box.
Then the box is closed or lidded, the paper stays in
place nicely (works for RC cartons as well as MS
boxes).

Just a thought,

Bernadette :)
