you may want to contact members of the local Ohio ARMA chapters. here is

There is a big difference between renting warehouse space and contracting
with a commercial records center. With a warehouse you don't know what is
being stored there. A commercial records center stores records either in a
vault (higher cost) or on open racks (~30ft high)depending upon how you
value the records. Remember that a record is not media-dependent.
