***SAA Program in the Mail*** Hotel Reservation Form to Be Mailed Under Separate Cover The SAA 2002 annual meeting program was mailed to the entire membership late last week. If you are a member and have not received your program by June 3, please contact the office, info@archivists.org, so that a replacement copy can be mailed to you. If you would like to receive a program and are not a member of SAA, feel free to contact the office at the above address so that one can be mailed to you. You way want to note that the hotel reservation form will be mailed to you under separate cover sometime next week. If you would like to make your hotel reservation sooner rather than later, feel free to download the form off of SAA's web site, www.archivists.org. Click on "Birmingham 2002 Hotel Registration Form" under the "Hot Topics" section of the home page. You can also make your reservation by calling Sheraton reservations toll-free at 800-325-3535. The cutoff date for receiving the special SAA convention rate is July 18, 2002. There is additional information on SAA's web site about preconference workshops, sessions, receptions, and tours. The annual meeting registration form and the tours registration form can be accessed on the web site and the preconference workshop registration form should be posted shortly.
