del.icio.us
I was going to make this post about del.icio.us and how cool it is–how simple it was to set up, how it just works… and then the linkroll went kerplooey. Poo.
I don’t know what’s up. Everything else seems to be working fine, but the linkroll to the right hasn’t picked up a new link since yesterday. And I’ve been a-linkin’. Linkin’ like a fool.
The cool thing about del.icio.us (which is NOT typing in the name, incidentally) is that it doesn’t really add any extensive process to my day. (Aie. “Process.”) I don’t have to open another application, or visit a site, or touch, really, anything. I just click a button in my personal toolbar. (Yes, I know technically I am visiting another site, but shut up.) I decide on a simple descriptive, click a couple of tags to classify it… and when I hit submit, I’m back at the page I was on. Elegant.
And that part still works, just not the linkroll. Drat. Anybody got any ideas?
So I just noticed, as midnight passed, that the links I made today showed up. I guess the linkroll only updates once a day? That’s cool.
And now it all totally works again. So: del.icio.us! Love it!

Yep, they update once a day. Like it posts to Katastrophes once/day.
I dig it too. way too much. I started a t-shirt shopping list earlier…ahhh time-wasting + time-saving. what isn’t to love? :D

I think it might be more than once a day.
