eIFL-FOSS has a blog
I never made a public announcement, but a few months ago I stepped down as co-chair of eIFL-FOSS. This was very much for the best; it was clear that the organization needed someone who could devote full-time hours to it. Luckily for everyone, Randy Metcalfe has stepped up to the task.
