I doubt the hierarchy because of Gal. 2:9 and with what goes above that
statement and then he follows with v. 11 But when Peter was come to
Antioch I withstood him to the face...

Paul seems to take Jesus statement (Mt. 20:25-28) that they were not to be
like the Gentiles very seriously.
