Actually, "UBS3 Corrected" is also identical to NA26.  UBS4 has 
merely upgraded the probabilities on the choices from the variant

I have never (to my knowledge) seen a UBS2!  I did, however, watch an 
email discussion on, I believe, IOUDAIOS and during that exchange 
there seemed to be a consensus that UBS2 was a better text.  I recall 
that the major reasons were that it was not a clone of the NA text 
and was not as heavily influenced by the Alands.  Maybe others can 
fill in more details.
