I was looking at the last part of John 2:22... καὶ ἐπίστευσαν τῇ γραφῇ καὶ τῷ λόγῳ ὃν εἶπεν ὁ Ἰησοῦς At first it seemed obvious to me that the relative clause at the end went only with "τῷ λόγῳ" since "ὃν" matches its gender and not the gender of "τῇ γραφῇ" However, I s...

Thank you for your explanations! That makes sense... will have to check my books later now that I have some terminology to search with. What threw me off is that I found two NT exceptions: 2 thess. 2:16, "παράκλησιν αἰωνίαν" heb. 9:12, "αἰωνίαν λύτρωσιν" Where the adjective takes...
