τίς ταῦτα έγραψεν;

τά όντα ἰέναι τε πάντα καί μένειν ουδέν Can someone identify the author of this for me? I suspect that it's secular but it could be one of the Church Fathers. I have the second edition of Zondervan's RGNT. And I like it -- despite the many typos, the thin light type face and the lack of maps.
