Can anyone point me to good articles on the function of εὐθὺς in Mark and Matthew?

I can't point you there directly because I'm away from my best resources at the moment, but
I think that Rod Decker has an article on εὐθὺς in Mark that's derivative from his doctoral
dissertation. Somewhere here in our bibliographical sections there ought to be a reference
for Rod Decker's resources for NT Greek.
οὔτοι ἀπ’ ἀρχῆς πάντα θεοὶ θνητοῖς ὑπέδειξαν,
