I hope that this is the correct place for this query and if it isn't that the moderators will move it.

Is there a standard connected cursive for Greek writing like there is in English or Russian? If so can someone direct me toward a good resource for learning it.

Does anyone know the modern Greek word for the writing practice sheets one would use in grade school?

It seems to me that modern Greek doesn't have a standard cursive script, but Byzantine Greek does. See

As Ken posted, Joshua Rudder's site is the THE spot to learn about Byzantine miniscules.

I bought Joshua Rudder's book on writing miniscules. It's simple, but good. This link takes you to Amazon, but Lulu has it too, and has it in pdf form. Don't be surprised by the white space in the book, it's mean to be a workbook for practicing writing miniscules (a great way to learn to decypher them).
