I'm Catherine, and I'm thinking about taking an online course in Koine Greek. Advise is welcome.
For now I'm translating the Septuagint line by line and word by word as best I can. That's how I found this Blog, I'm working my way through Romans, and I was reading your posts on Romans 1:4 which reflect some of the issues and questions with which I've also been wrestling.
I'm thrilled to find a blog for folks who are diligently studying the Scriptures.

Re: Hello
Welcome, Catherine! I hope you feel very welcome here, and that it's helpful for your understanding of the text.

Re: Hello
Yes, it's helped me today. I've read some of the other introductions and replies. I'm looking at some of the resources mentioned in those posts. They should get me off to a good start, so thanks to all of you for nurturing us fledgling 'I want to read the NT in Greek' types.
