Howdy Y'all.
I am Jeremy and I live in Texas. I have been an almost life-long student of languages since I took 2 years of Latin in High School. Soon after then I tried a little of Modern Greek and enjoyed it quite a bit. Fastforward almost 20 years and now I have a family with 4 kids and a wonderful wife. My day job involves "putting people to sleep"/Anesthesia. I have recently become inspired to learn Bibical Greek with the intent to read the Bible in the original language. I am also interested in the "Living Languages" approach. I am currently using David Alan Black's "Learn New Testament Greek" and Rodney Decker's "Reading Koine Greek". Any help/insight will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Welcome, Jeremy. You might want to consider Michael Halcomb's Conversational Koine Institute:

Also Randall Buth:

Also free to ask any specific questions you might happen to have. Plenty of helpful people, and sometimes discussion also gets quite interesting.
