I'm looking specifically for Chrysostom's Greek text on 1-2 Thessalonians, in a format where I can copy and paste. I have PDF's and so on, but I need to copy and paste. Thank you!

I found two PDFs that contain text which you can cut and paste, or extract using the Poppler Utilities:

One of the best critical editions of the Greek text of Chrysostom's Homillies is [Frid. Field], Sancti Patris Nostri Joannis Chrysostomi Intepretatio Omnium Epistolarum Paulinarum per Homilias Facta. Bibliotheca Patrum Ecclesiae Catholicae, Vol. 5 contains Philippians, Colossians and Thessalonians. Oxonii. H. Parker, 1855. 582 pp. Critical apparatus based on 5 key manuscripts.

I have not been able to locate this on-line. I cite this information from my personal copy.

I can see Volume III here:

And it does look quite nice.

Chrysostom follows the "majority" reading of the trickiest textual difficulty of 1 Thessalonians - 1 Thess 2:7 - "But we were gentle" (ηπιοι, so Chrysostom), or "But we were children" (νηπιοι). See [00434]. I think Paul wrote νηπιοι, based on the earlier mss and lectio dificilior.
