The antecedent of ἧς appears to be τῆς θείας ὀργῆς. That's the way Eugenia S. Constantinou (2011) translates it:
Through the smoke we learn the frightfulness, awesomeness and chastisement of divine wrath, with which the temple is filled ...

Smoke metaphor in Apocalypse 15:8
Here “filled with smoke” is parallel to “filled with the wrath of God” (v7b), which serves to interpret the metaphorical meaning of smoke.”
David Aune (WBC 52b Rev. v2, p880)

Aune goes on to talk at length about the significance of smoke in biblical theophanies. Reading the whole paragraph appears to make the quoted portion above problematic. Aune was either unaware or disinterested in the comments of Andreas on this passage.
