Not a few grammatical no-goes (needs a debate, so too much this time): missing predicates, subjects and other constituents.
Ad rem: One further example of a Dittography is e.g. in John 5.16 kai dia to touto (the "to" is simply too much).
I my view: one if not THE worst copy of the NT (at least the worst I read). P.
