1 Tim 2:1-4 - antecedent of τοῦτο in τοῦτο καλὸν

What do you think the antecedent of τοῦτο is in the phrase τοῦτο καλὸν?
Παρακαλῶ οὖν πρῶτον πάντων ποιεῖσθαι δεήσεις, προσευχάς, ἐντεύξεις, εὐχαριστίας, ὑπὲρ πάντων ἀνθρώπων, ὑπὲρ βασιλέων καὶ πάντων τῶν ἐν ὑπεροχῇ ὄντων, ἵνα ἤρεμον καὶ ἡσύχιον βίον διάγωμεν ἐν πάσῃ εὐσεβείᾳ καὶ σεμνότητι. τοῦτο καλὸν καὶ ἀπόδεκτον ἐνώπιον τοῦ σωτῆρος ἡμῶν θεοῦ, ὃς πάντας ἀνθρώπους θέλει σωθῆναι καὶ εἰς ἐπίγνωσιν ἀληθείας ἐλθεῖν.

I would take it as the entire preceding clause.

The clause starting with ἵνα? The other possibility I saw was πάντων ποιεῖσθαι δεήσεις κτλ.

This is the antecedent:
