Thanks for all your replies. That Keyman Pro app does the job, its probably even worth the $6.49AUD. This one is better as it allows you to type in any iOS app with greek.
My only gripe is that the greek keyboard uses a slightly different layout and key-press ordering than the mac, takes some getting used to.
