Another one that I am waiting to see come out is below. I don't have any real data for it at the moment, but worth keeping on the radar. Some sites list it as a 2019 publication, but when I couldn't locate it I messaged Dr Bentein on Academia.edu and he has informed me that it is still forthcoming

I suspect that this book is a collection of articles from a 2016 conference, "Postclassical Greek: Intersections of Philology and Linguistics," organized by the editors of this volume.
