       Synopsis
This comprehensive study aid to reading real German texts provides
essentials for both students and specialists who have to develop a
reading knowledge of German in order to study their core subject. The
book includes further exercises, translation of authentic German texts,
       and an extensive reference section.

These both look like good titles to me. Heinle & Heinle, from the what I
know of them, publish many German language textbooks. Additionally, I know
that the professors at the University of Minnesota use textbooks primarily
from this publisher (this info is available at the UofM website,
http://www.umn.edu).

Cheers!
