The titles are from the opening words of of each of the songs in the Latin
Vulgate
The Magnificat:  [My Soul] Magnifies [the Lord]
The Benedictus: Blessed [be the God of Israel]
The Gloria In Excelsis: Glory [to God] in the Highest 
The Nunc Dimittis: Now Dismiss [Your Servant Lord]
