Nochmals "Revised Headers"

Carl is right, I was trying to make sure that the headers made several
things work simultaneously on a variety of mailers:
1. The messages should display who they are from, even on SMTP systems,
which seem to display the "Reply-To:" field instead of "From:". It's a lot
easier to get an overview of the discussion if you can see who said what.
2. Replies should go both to the list and to the original poster. Earlier,
I was thinking that replies should just go to the list, since sending to
both parties means the original poster gets two copies of the same message.
However, it seems to be pretty important to have both addresses appear so
that it's easy to just delete one of the addresses if you don't want it.
Both private replies and on-list replies are very common, and we want both
to be easy.
If this causes anybody significant inconvenience, please let me know. For
minor nits, I'm liable to be reluctant to change, since I have now spent
about 12 hours playing with headers and footers. It took me a long time to
realize that Majordomo wasn't stupid when it marks posts "To: Biblical
Greek <b-greek at franklin.oit.unc.edu>". My brain thought this was an abuse
of the word "to", and I just didn't realize why it did it that way.
