Luke 12.32: MH FOBOU, TO MIKRON POIMNION, hOTI EUDOKHSEN hO PATHR hUMWN DOUNAI
hUMIN THN BASILEIAN.

MH FOBOU is singular, yet the rest of the pericope (Luke 12.22-34), including
the rest of this verse, is 2nd person plural -- addressed to Jesus' disciples
(Luke 12.22). Am I right in thinking that the momentary shift is simply a
function of its place alongside the singular (collective) noun TO MIKRON
POIMNION, which functions as a vocative? If so, does anyone know of any
parallels to this kind of procedure?

Thanks for any help.

Mark
