 My Greek font (and everyone else's?) uses the full ascii code range from
 32 (space) thru 254 (þ). You probably got a blank there instead of a
 superimposed lower-case b and p together. This is because Email only uses
 7-bit ascii codes up to 126 (excluding the control codes).

 If we want to transmit the full ascii range, we have to use either MIME
 or UUE coding. Some people's software cannot handle this; so MIME and UUE
 attachments are a no-no according to our FAQ (am I right, Jonathan?).

 So I echo Carl's plea for us to use the current transliteration convention
 when quoting Greek text under discussion. If it's a longer passage, we
 can always bring it up on our own Hard-disc-resident Bible software....
