So far, I have received a number of replies offering interesting
suggestions for the meaning of EK PISTEWS EIS PISTIN, but these
suggestions have not yet been substantiated by reference to the Greek
text. My question was largely grammatical, though certainly contextual
considerations come in.
Are there grammatical and contextual reasons to opt for one
interpretation of this phrase over another?
