Mark, the following example is interesting because of its 
use of EXOUSIAN ESCHKOTES, but the context does not
appear to suggest anything stronger than "obtain" (and 
that may be too much).

3 Macc 7:21:
KAI PLEISTHN H EMPROSQEN EN TOIS ECQROIS 
*EXOUSIAN ESCHKOTES* META DOXHS KAI FOBOU 
TO SUNOLON hUPO MHDENOS DIASESQENTES 
TWN hUPARCONTWN
