Dear Moon ~

I guess I wasn't too clear ~ The 'time of arising' is specified as 'in 
morning,' and then further specified as 'in darkness' [very early in the 
morning], hence two specifications, hierarchically ordered.

Thanks for your response ~ I think I understand you now, and have 
'reference time' much more clearly defined.
