AcCordance tags it thus:
DEUTE INTERJECTION come! come, now!
I might just say about this word that it's rather like IDOU, which was
originally a 2nd sg. aorist imperative meaning something like, "have a look
see!" but which really is an interjection exactly like French "voici" or
"voilà". DEURO seems to serve to start as an interjection with the sense of
"over here!" but to be felt as an imperative and therefore to take a plural
imperative ending when addressed to more than one person.
