I disagree. Not only does the Hebrew text not allow this reading (as I
pointed out on b-hebrew) but neither does the greek text. The participle
clearly demands "blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord"

Well it quite frankly is irrelevant what Mark has (assuming, for the same of
argument, the the TR reflects the best reading). The psalmist certainly
didnt interpret Mark!
