If your interpretation is correct, shouldn't the Greek be KAI hH ADELFH
THS MHTROS AUTOU MARIAS THS TOU KLWPA? However, the text as it now stands
has MARIA in the nominative, in apposition (on the Three Women Hypothesis)
to the nominative hH ADELFH but not to the genitive THS MHTROS AUTOU.
