I recommend that. I find these early papyri from Oxyrhynchus very
interesting.
If you want to read some fragments, try:
(both short and simple)
407	theol. christian prayer	late III or early IV
658	theol. Pagan Sacrifice (Decian persecution) c. 250

Also very interesting is:
1786	theol. Hymn with notes(!)	late III
(the most ancient piece of Church music. Sing this papyrus!)

Full list of earlier (III-IV) christian fragments from Oxyrhynchus:
5	theol. christian homily	late III or early IV
210	theol. christian fragm. III
405	theol. fragm. early III
406	theol. fragm. III
407	theol. christian prayer	late III or early IV
658	theol. Pagan Sacrifice (Decian persecution) c. 250
1786	theol. Hymn with notes	late III
2070	theol. Anti-Jewish dialogue	late III
2072	theol. Apology fragment	late III
2745	Hebrew Names	III or IV
4	theol. fragm. (gnostic)	early IV
1601	theol. Homily	late IV or V
1602	theol. Homily	late IV or V
1778	theol. Aristides: Apology	IV
2068	theol. Liturgical? fragments	IV
2073	theol. Homily	late IV
3529	theol. Passion of St. Dioscorus	IV
4010	theol. Pater with intro-prayer	IV

Best wishes
