Clay, thanks for posting these messages. Discourse study is absolutely
critical to understanding the full meaning of the Greek text. We lose much
if we don't see the language forest, as well as the trees.

reviewing:

Each of the thirteen chapters discusses one or more discourse features of
Koine Greek from the perspective of descriptive linguistics. Each feature is
illustrated from passages of the New Testament. Most sections end with
review questions and suggested answers.
