Pop Quiz/Palm Sunday diversion

[Apologies to Carl et al. This really is more on-topic than might appear
at first blush. Likewise, this was new to me; I hope I'm not just
repeating an old chestnut.]

Brattleboro is lucky (for a town of its size and in this age of B&N and
Amazon.com[*]) to have several good, independent bookstores.

Rather than offer the best-seller discount standard at the larger
chain-stores, my favorite local store (Collected Works) instead gives a 10%
discount to anyone able to answer the "Question of the Day"[**] posted out
front.

Today's question --which I'm sorry to say I didn't get-- was the following:

"You are at a convention of morticians in Paris. You
overhear someone refer to a crucifix as 'Henri'. Why?"

...offered for your diversion.

Nichael

[* Extra Credit: If you've been to Amazon.com you may have noticed that
the name of their principle server is "Obidos". Why?]

[** "Define 'threnody'"; "Name, in order, the first five planets in the
Ptolemaic system"; that sort of thing[***].]

[*** Got the second; missed the first.]
