1 John 3:11

Greetings,
How do you feel about the use of OTI in 1 John 3:11 figuring into
the possible unfolding of the letters structure at this point?

Should the fact that this conjunction is considered by some to always be
subordinate, argue against the writer starting a new "paragraph" here?

Can OTI be legitimately viewed as kicking off a new paragraph, a mere
"surface phenomenon", as Sherman and Tuggy suggest?

Thanks,
Brian
