BDAG & Bibliographies

I believe it should be listed in bibliographies as Danker, F. W. This would
conform to the title page of the 3d ed. and certainly recognizes and honors
the enormous contribution of Fred Danker to this volume -- in many ways a
"new" work of his production. This is not to slight W. Bauer, but to
recognize the new and important and many contributions of F. W. Danker.
