Yes, Jason, it is possible if a connection with hRHMA was intended by John.
In any case, I think that extrabiblical studies have shown that LOGOS is
semantically broader than simply "word" or "utterance." I was taught that in
Greek philosophy LOGOS had to do with the "underpinning foundation of the
universe", "that which held everything together," neither of which have
anything to do with speech.
