Apologies if this has already been mentioned (though I don't think it 
has), Norbert Baumert's article is available on-line at:

It seems that bsw.org are planning to reproduce _Filologia 
Neotestamentaria_ on-line, as they are doing with _Biblica_.  So far 
Vol. 8 (1998) is available.  Homepage is at:

This may have been around for a bit, but I have only just spotted it, 
and others may have missed it too.
