which, being interpreted, is: How many years must one have before one no
longer teaches it inadequately: seven? or seventy times seven?

Having read four other responses to this question, I'd say that (a) it is
certainly the case that teaching it is the best way to learn it; the best
Greek class I ever had was one that met at least once a week together and
took turns doing review lessons for each other of the current grammar; (b)
I'm not sure I'd trust anyone who claims to feel altogether comfortable
teaching Greek; teaching Greek is one sure way of learning what it is that
you still don't know about Greek.
