B-GREEK POLL: Smarts and Sharps both depend on context? Y/N

If one looks at the semantics of article + substantive + KAI + substantives,
plural and impersonal constructions will rarely be identical. However, there
are no exceptions in the GNT with personal, singular, non proper name
constructions. Adding the article to the substantive would probably make the
construction semantically more flexible; therefore, context would be
determinative.
