You would probably be interested in Hatch & Redpath, A CONCORDANCE
TO THE SEPTUAGINT (1897-1906; repr. Grand Rapids, Mich.: Baker Books,
1998).

It is exhaustive for all but the most common words (e.g. hO, "the").

It does not have a numbering system and dictionary (it is large
enough already), but it does indicate the Hebrew word that corresponds
to a Greek word (where appropriate).
