Have you looked at p.60 of:
Metzger:  Manuscripts of the Greek Bible

where the following appears,
[ in connection with fragments of  papyrus roll/s  (in the library of Cairo 
University ) showing parts of Dt. 31 and 32, which he dates to 1st cent. B.C:]
