I had a few lingering doubts after posting this so I went out to see if I
could find a relative clause in the position between the article and
substantive and I could not find any examples. I wonder where I got this
idea? Perhaps the search criteria I am using isn't correct or perhaps this
word order is something I just dreamed up and does not exist.
