In the 2nd singular imperative both OIDA and EIMI are indeed identical
(ISQI). However, technically ISQI (EIMI) is present tense, while ISQI (OIDA)
is perfect tense, though OIDA functions as a present. A helpful little book
that aids in the identification of verb forms is _Complete Handbook of Greek
Verbs_ by N. Marinone and F. Guala (Schoenhof's Foreign Books, Inc.,
Cambridge Mass. [ISBN 0-87774-001-1]). Hope this helps.
