In the collection "Discourse Perspectives on Hebrew Poetry in the
Scriptures", (ed. by Ernst R. Wendland, UBS Monograph Series, No. 7, 1994),
in the article "Symmetry and Prominence in Hebrew Poetry: With Examples from
Hosea", the author, Loren F. Bliese, uses the term syntactic chiasmus on p.
86. He does present specific linguistic (including syntactic) evidence in
Hosea to support his identification of several chiastic structures.
