The closest thing you're going to get for both Greek and English at the Perseus site:

http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/Texts.html

The problem here is that there are only a limited number of texts to search.

For a search of the Greek corpus that will return only Greek instances, you must use
the TLG.

http://www.tlg.uci.edu/

Unfortunately, that is not available online. You need to license it -- or use one that
is "owned" by a classics or theology department near you.
