Two series come to mind:
Word Biblical Commentary series
New International Greek Testament Commentary, Neither is complete yet (WBC
needs the second half of Mark, Acts, 1 Corinthians)
The NIGTC only has Luke, 1 Corinthians, Galatians, Philippians, Colossians
and Philemon, 1 and 2 Thessalonians, Pastoral Epistles, Hebrews, James, and
Revelation out so far.
